3, Specification:

• )The whole equipment adopts active pay off technology, constant tension, effectively avoid the passive wire loose diameter and warping with tension changes, and due to excessive tension caused by the welding reel deformation and broken plate phenomenon. And can reliably guarantee the high-speed stable automatic layer winding of the unit.

• )800 Pay off machine:

• The equipment adopts frame structure, welded structure + integral boring processing, rotary protective door.
• Pneumatic pintle mounted I-bobbin( Pay off bobbin), with pneumatic small plate, air brake. Pneumatic locking device is installed to prevent safety accidents caused by the release of I-bobbin( Pay off bobbin) after air stop.
• The equipment is equipped with frequency conversion speed regulating motor, and the motor power is 22KW.

• )Tensioner

• The equipment adopts box-type structure, equipped with tension wheel group, meter wheel, wire dividing wheel and wire clamping mechanism.
• The tension wheel part adopts the upper 4 and the down 3 nylon regulating wheel configuration, pneumatic control constant tension control tension, tension size can be adjusted.
• The device adopts displacement detection switch to monitor tension changes throughout the whole process, and control retraction speed to match well with tension.

• )Take up machine

• The equipment adopts servo motor to drive the ball screw traverse, the traverse system is equipped with a straightening device, and the straightening device is equipped with two sets of straightening wheels to adapt to the winding of different wire diameter specifications.
• The equipment adopts servo motor to drive the traverse arrangement mechanism, traverse stable and reliable, and the straightener is distributed in the traverse part.
• The main drive part of the equipment is driven by 4KW motor, variable frequency speed regulation and pneumatic brake.
• The equipment is equipped with a set of flanges for take up, and the maximum outside diameter of take up is 300mm.

• )Electric control system:

• PLC control, touch screen control mode, servo motor CNC electronic automatic traverse. After manual auxiliary laying, it can automatically traverse and precision layer winding.
• The equipment has: reverse wire function, dynamic real-time digital display: equipment speed, weight, prefabricated weight after the number of equipment decelerated automatically stop.
• The equipment is equipped with automatic stop braking in the range of disorderly wire, broken wire and overtension.
