The machine is controlled electrically & automatically. The working condition of each part is commanded and adjusted by SIEMENS touch screen and PLC. Technical parameter can be displayed, set and revised on touch screen. This line is with high automation, and easy to operate and maintain.

The forming system is newest system in China. It’s very easy to adjust, with high armoring speed. The appearance of armoring products is very nice.

The rewinding machine could rewind on line. It can be put in the production line, to avoid to accumulator tape material too much, to enhance the productivity.
